Expired domain yachtworld.sk backorder
The domain yachtworld.sk is not available for registration now. It is, however, in a state which gives a real possibility that it may be available in the near future. We offer you a backorder.
General Terms and Conditions of Expired Domains Backorder
- Backorder of expired domains with the .SK extension is a paid service of WebHouse.
- The customer can order the backorder by using the order form specified for this purpose only. All other applications are not accepted.
- Customer must pre-pay a fee for the domain backorder in the amount of 16,50 € excl. VAT. Customer agrees that WebHouse will start providing this service at the moment of payment. A customer also acknowledges that he/she loses the right of withdrawal if the service has been provided.
- Domain backorder fee is non-refundable, the customer is not entitled to its refundation for any reason (e. g. if in the meantime he/she changes his/her intention to register the domain, if the ordered domain is not released for registration, etc.). However, the customer has the right to use the paid fee to backorder any other .SK domain. A customer can change the domain he/she wants to backorder at any time by email request or in the Setup.
- WebHouse will make every effort to register the backordered domain for the customer as soon as it is released and can be registered.
- The customer is informed by e-mail about successful registration of the backordered domain. The domain is registered for 1 year. The customer can renew the registration for another period.
- WebHouse allows the backorder of an expired domain to no more than one customer. There cannot be multiple backorders of the same domain at the same time.
- A customer who has backorderd a domain and it was successfully registered, has the option to run the domain on WebHouse servers, or anywhere else.
- WebHouse is not responsible for the successful registration of the backordered expired domain, as it cannot guarantee that the backordered domain will be registered for the customer with certainty due to valid registration rules.
- WebHouse reserves the right to refuse a customer's order, but in such a case WebHouse must inform the customer immediately.
